I am a transpersonal therapist and expressive arts facilitator, offering a supportive, creative space for individuals to explore their inner world.My approach is grounded in connection — to self, to meaning, and to the deeper layers of experience that often sit beneath everyday life.I work in a way that is intuitive, respectful, and non-judgemental, meeting you where you are and allowing the process to unfold at your own pace.I believe each person holds their own wisdom.My role is to walk alongside you as you explore, reflect, and reconnect with that inner knowing.

Individual Sessions

I offer one-on-one transpersonal therapy sessions that support self-reflection, emotional processing, and personal growth.These sessions gently weave together creative and reflective approaches, offering a way to explore what’s present for you — beyond words alone.No prior experience with therapy or creative work is needed.

Group Sessions

Group sessions are available both online and in person, offering space for reflection, creativity, and shared experience.Online sessions can be booked through Eventbrite.In-person sessions are thoughtfully tailored to the unique needs and focus of your group.You’re welcome to reach out if you’d like to co-create a session that fits your community or setting.

EFT Tapping and/or Meditation Facilitation

Through EFT tapping and guided meditation, I offer a space to gently unwind emotional patterns, reconnect with inner wisdom, and return to a sense of balance.These practices can be woven into group work or designed as standalone sessions, depending on your needs.
